Bolt Express is in the process of expanding our Partner Carrier (PC) Program. Our goal is to identify expedite carriers who provide quality service. Quality service is defined as carriers with satellite communication systems or cell phones with national pagers for every vehicle and who provide on-time delivery and communications.
